ELECTRICAL SERVICES
All Live Controls Panels are designed and built in house and comply with all the current IEEE and EU directives and standards. Projects are implemented without bias towards products from any particular hardware or software supplier unless specified, assuring that the best solution for the customer is achieved.  Our services cover a range of customer needs these include:
  • Bespoke panels -  These can be designed through a specific specification or as a completely new design depending on the function or application that is desired. 
  • Heating and BMS controls - This can range from any types of heating systems and a variety of control automated appliances. This could be air conditioning, ventilation, power output, lighting and anything that would require an advanced automation system.
  • PPM service and reports - We also carried out investigations and troubleshooting on mechanical machinery that may be in fault to find the most efficient and cost effective solution for the customer. This will all be summarised in a report so the customer has a clear and concise answer of what the next steps could be. 
  • Servicing  of panels - Servicing of existing control panels is also on our scope here at Live Controls to help to minimise the risk of breakdown and keep businesses and customers running accordingly.
  • Remote Control and monitoring - We can install remote control panels into systems so that the customer can view or change settings or setpoints without having to be next to the device itself which will therefore increases time and efficiency. A 4G device can also be installed to receive texts or phone calls when certain faults occur.
  • Infra-red heat testing and repairs - Using our Infra- red heat machine we can detect heat in electrical appliances which can be beneficial to preventing large faults as parts can be changed before they become unfunctional. A report will also be produced showing all findings and what solutions may be possible.   
  • Electrical testing motors, controls and installations - We also do a range of testing, whether it be verifying that a new installation or an existing installation is safe to troubleshooting various faults on controls systems and motor controls. We can accommodate to all.
